Leading our internal team, this role will ensure effective execution of all marketing activities, supporting both the sell-in & sell-thru process to ensure maximum impact of resources and return on marketing investments. \r\nThe Senior Marketing Manager will lead the process for local brand strategy and deliver marketing insights, strategies, and solutions across functions like digital marketing, consumer marketing, sports marketing, public relations, commercial/sales, retail and ecommerce.\r\n\r\nWhat’s involved: \r\n· Customising Global marketing strategies for local use and direction – key global properties including US Open, Roland Garros, NBA, NFL, plus and exciting emerging Wilson Sportswear business unit.\r\n· Interpret and act on local consumer trends and needs related to sport and community to develop brand story/ seasonal story/marketing calendar.\r\n· Formulate the annual brand goals and target - In charge of brand marketing plan and budgeting plan.\r\n· Based on consumer insights, develop key brand and product story and formulate holistic communication plan including assets/media/activation etc.\r\n· Leading the ideation and integration of cross-functional marketing campaigns, develop campaign strategy, leading concept and integrated marketing plans, closely work with commercial and merchandising teams.\r\n· Set digital marketing strategy across social media platforms. The Role:
This role is responsible for supporting and executing best in class campaigns across our wholesale channels. The Trade Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in executing B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating the production of promotional collateral and assets to drive sell in and sell through. Day to day activities include;
Plan and activate initiatives aligned to Omnichannel consumer calendar via Salomon B2B accounts
Own end to end campaign management including post campaign reporting
Ensure premium brand visibility across all Trade retailers, respecting International Guidelines on the Salomon brand positioning/visibility for the launch of retail campaigns and always on initiatives
Developing and agreeing the strategic account annual activity plans together with the National Account Manager, including co-op campaigns, branded space, eShop-in-shops & events
Execute Key strategic account and Customer Marketing Plans to the Premium Partner Program/Toolbox
Track and manage the co-op marketing budget across all accounts, ensuring spend is aligned to business priorities and provides strong ROI
Skills and Experience:
A range of skills are necessary including:
Demonstrated experience of promotions and marketing within a wholesale channel that includes retail and ecommerce channels
Competent in writing short, and medium copy and comfortable adapting and pitching briefs
Demonstrated understanding of Digital Marketing platforms, Facebook, Instagram including reporting metrics
Understanding the ideal customer journey in an Omnichannel with demonstrated understanding of the Consumer, places of practice and places of purchase
An Outdoor Sports enthusiast with a passion for brand experiences driven by ambassadors
Excellent project management and organizational skills

The Creative Copywriter will manage one direct report in the London offices. You will mentor your team as well as the wider business and help to develop high quality written content for a variety of digital channels. Whether to promote, educate, inform, persuade, or entertain, innovative, well written copy is critical to bringing the Eightcap brand to life.
This position requires a person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, attention to detail, high standards and a strong organisational foundation to coordinate projects and resources to meet deadlines. You will need to have well developed interpersonal skills to manage competing priorities, resourcing and personalities that span multiple geographic and cultural time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver copy for digital and print assets including social, web, campaign, and product
Respond to creative briefs with compelling, fit-for-purpose writing and ensure tone and messaging are consistent across all outputs
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and creative leads to shape narrative and direction
Craft user-focused microcopy for seamless digital product experiences
