In recent years, there have been instances in the rental market where tenants have suffered financial losses due to paying the full year's rent upfront. To protect the interests of every client, all the apartment buildings we work with do not mandate a one - time payment of the full year's rent. Please make informed choices based on your personal circumstances. Any losses resulting from personal decisions will be the individual's responsibility.

Notice Requirement under Local Tenancy Law

According to local tenancy regulations, you must inform the apartment management at least 28 days (or within the timeframe specified by the apartment's rules/contract) before the end of the lease period whether you intend to vacate the apartment and provide the exact move - out date. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in you bearing the consequences.
