Apartment Details

Murdoch University Village provides a safe living environment for students, equipped with CCTV surveillance, secure door lock systems, and 24/7 on-site staff. The surrounding area is highly convenient, with easy access to nearby cafes, the Arts Centre, and the Courthouse. Each room is fully furnished with complete facilities. Rent includes utilities such as water, electricity, gas, WiFi, and heating.

 

Important Notes

Cleaning Fee

According to Australian rental contract regulations, a cleaning fee will be incurred upon check-out from the student apartment. The specific amount will be determined by the apartment. The bond will be refunded by RTBA/RTA within 2-3 weeks after check-out.

 

Subletting Fee

As per Australian rental contract regulations, if you wish to sublet your student apartment, you must find a tenant yourself and complete the subletting procedures at the front desk. The subletting fee is to be borne by the subletter, and the specific amount will be determined by the apartment front desk.

 

Please carefully review the emails and contracts sent by the apartment. The check-in time and location will be specified in the apartment's official documents. If you need to check in outside of regular business hours, please be sure to contact the apartment in advance.

 

Some apartments may require you to arrange for the activation of water, electricity, and internet services in advance. Please follow the apartment's regulations and contact them to arrange for activation.
