Forming part of the leadership group, this fast paced and varied role will cover strategy, people management, delivery and process improvement. Some of the things you'll be working on... Contribute heavily to The Local Production strategy, processes and delivery to ensure we are providing a world class experience for internal and external clients. Managing the day to day operations of the full inhouse production team including video editors, producers and videographers. Build career pathway frameworks for the production department, set objectives and manage performance reviews whilst remaining hands on through regular 121s, coaching and mentorship to ensure the team is happy, healthy, and engaged. Managing top-tier/high pressure clients with professionalism and confidence. Review and refresh The Local Production processes, workflows and tooling to ensure we are meeting industry best practices. As part of the senior leadership team you’ll represent production in planning sessions, partnering with other ‘Head Of’ stakeholders, ensuring that issues are raised and addressed appropriately and that team cohesion remains strong. Experience you'll need... Previous experience as a Head of Production or similar in a media production company. You’ll understand the intricacies and nuances of a fast-paced media business that focuses on high quality content. People management: proven experience building and leading highly efficient and engaged teams. You’ll understand the importance of career progression and you’ll be able to talk confidently to previous experiences growing and promoting those around you. Process improvement: You’ll be able to share multiple examples of times that your ideas have boosted efficiency for the team and business. Technical knowledge: You’ll understand the technical aspects of video production and are confident engaging with shooters, producers and editors on various topics. Join Niche Logistics as an Experienced Forklift Driver Are you an experienced Forklift Driver with linehaul, container freight and local PUD loading and unloading experience? If so, Niche Logistics wants you! We're seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our new Villawood based team. This role will consist of loading and unloading rail containers both rear entry and tautliner/curtain sided containers as well as staging freight and loading and unloading local HR PUD trucks. This is full time position 5.30am - 2.00pm per day with potential for some overtime as required. Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy transport depot, loading and unloading containers and HR trucks. MUST HAVE specific experience with general and container freight and curtain sided containers (Mandatory) Current Forklift License. Proficient in loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight from containers and on flatbed and tautliner trailers. Experience securing loads and using various restraint methods including straps and chains. Strong attention to detail, a “can do” attitude, and commitment to safety and customer service. Physically fit and willing to assist with manual lifting when needed. Must pass a pre, employment medical examination, police check and provide recent work references. Responsibilities: Efficiently load and unload freight from linehaul trucks, containers and local PUD vehicles, ensuring proper restraint and secure storage.
