The role will be based in either our Singapore / Sydney office and will report to the IT Director. It will involve providing BAU support to end user in Yardi Voyager across multiple regions. The role will act as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources.  There will also be a component to the role providing process and technical expertise with ongoing Group Technology optimization projects. Key Accountabilities - including but not limit to: Supporting and maintaining business systems including user management, queries and application support Eliciting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders while acting as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources Developing functional/technical requirements e.g., acceptance criteria Coordinating testing to determine effectiveness of solution Prepare documentation and train resources for end users of the system Help with identifying bugs reported by end users and raising support cases. Requirements 2+ years Yardi Voyager experience in a Business Analyst or a Systems Orientated role Solid Excel Skills Experience in system implementation and maintenance High attention to detail Strong ability to understand business and system processes Strong communication & stakeholder management skillsets Self-starter with demonstrated ability to use initiative, work without supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks Proactive and willing to look for ways to improve processes and procedures
