You will play an integral part of the Maintenace Team. Working across multiple sites within the Gladstone area this role offers diversity and the opportunity to support and grow the team.

The role:
Preparation of job packs
Report directly to on site services manager/ project manager
Negotiation with suppliers and procurement of materials and services
Coordination of site and workshop activities
Management of processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables including time, cost, quality, and scope requirements
Preparation of HSE and Quality compliance documentation, Control and assurance of the safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crews
Ensure safety of all employees and contractors working in operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety culture
Be able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience
Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity
Applicants must have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supervision of Mechanical & Engineering Scopes in an Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial environment.
Minimum of a Nationally Recognised Trade qualification.
Proven Leadership, Team Management with a positive can-do attitude
Good problem-solving skills.
A demonstrated strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
