Maintain NATA audit readiness and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Coordinate equipment, personnel, and job execution in collaboration with internal teams and clients. Lead and support staff performance, training, and onboarding of new personnel. Provide technical support for valve inspections, testing, recertification, and optimisation. Conduct and document valve performance testing in line with procedures and acceptance criteria. Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives within the valve workshop. Requirements 5 Years experience in the Oil and Gas / Power / Petrochemical industries Sound knowledge of Hydrostatic / Gas testing of valves and piping systems. Sound knowledge of repairing, maintaining and testing mechanical and pressure safety valves or similarly related equipment. Sound knowledge of Electric, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Actuators and systems.
