We’re ready to help you do it. The Role: The role will sit within the Business Ops and Delivery. The Payment Solution and Analysis team provides solution and analysis expertise to product and scheme teams (including NPP, eftpos and BPay).   As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to payment solution and analysis for developing, capturing and delivering requirements, supporting stakeholders and successfully implementing solutions to eftpos members.   We offer you a challenging role within a great team in a dynamic organisation where you will have significant opportunities to influence and make a difference. Proposed Position Responsibilities are: Minimum of 7 years of experience in card payments, with a strong understanding of various card schemes (eftpos, Visa, MasterCard). Experience with Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) /Click to Pay (C2P) is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in executing card payment projects. Skilled in eliciting requirements and producing clear, unambiguous standard artifacts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in stakeholder management, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Serve as a liaison between Product Managers, Project Managers, developers, testers, and vendors to clearly articulate requirements and identify any gaps. Strategically plan roadmaps, proactively identifying and reporting any risks, issues, and impediments to ensure timely resolution and project success. Conduct end-to-end analysis for all impacted systems and processes to successfully implement changes, creating new process flows and relevant documentation for internal and external teams. Experience in Agile project execution, with positive mindset and agile ways of working that align with business objectives. Team player with a proactive and self-starter mindset. The capabilities we’re seeking are: Strong Experience with card payments. Understanding of card messaging standard (AS2805 or ISO8583) Good to have knowledge on Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) or Click to Pay (C2P) solution Knowledge on Tokenization Hands on experience on Payment API. Strong experience in business analysts. Experience in agile methodologies. Technical writing, excellent documentation & collaboration skills.
