We are looking for experienced commercial cleaners’ subcontractor to join our team and leading to long term work for the right person. You will be required to clean common areas and office. Job located in Cleveland,Wellington Point and Tingalpa. Total of 17 hours per week for one person. Cleveland & Wellington Point sites- Total of 6 hours per week for one person. Cleveland sites- cleaning can be done on Tuesday/Wednesday night after 6pm-7am. Wellington Point- cleaning can be done on Tuesday/Wednesday night 10pm-or Wednesday/Thursday morning before 11am. Cleveland sites- cleaning can be done on weekend and before 7am on Monday. Wellington Point- cleaning can be done on Friday night between 10pm-7am or Saturday morning before 12pm. Tingalpa site- Office cleaning twice per week after hours between 5:30pm-9:30pm. Total hours 4.5 hours per week for one person. Coorparoo site- Weekly office cleaning after hours. Total hours 2 hours per visit for one person. Yeerongpilly site- Twice per week after hours cleaning . Total hours 5 hours per week for one person Job descriptions as below: General cleaning – You will be responsible for the cleaning tasks within the building. This includes vacuuming,mopping,empting bins,dusting,window cleaning and disinfecting and sanitising surfaces. Cleaning of bathrooms and refilling consumables. About The Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced GPH-qualified Deckhand to join our team at Darwin Harbour Cruises. This is a casual position, commencing ASAP. Our Deckhands are customer-facing, involved in activities ranging from maintaining and operating the vessel, right through to supporting with hospitality-related tasks to ensure high quality customer service and experiences to all guests. Our Deckhands work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday, with a large proportion of shifts rostered across afternoons, evenings and weekends. We are currently operating 7 days a week, though we will drop a cruising day each month from October until December, when we close for the season. Working in close collaboration with both marine and hospitality teams, responsibilities include: Collaborate with the Master and crew to prepare the vessel for cruises, managing berthing, controlling mooring lines, and performing deck rounds while addressing engineering and maintenance needs. Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure guest safety by assisting with mobility, following safety procedures from the vessel's Safety Management System (SMS), and conducting lookout duties. Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping, assist with food and beverage service, and manage guest requests by communicating specific needs with the office team. Maintain logbooks, report safety or environmental concerns to the Vessel Master, manage guest complaints with the Cruise Director, and liaise with office managers on cruise-related matters.
