This is a Melbourne-based role with ProcessPath, a sister business of JourneyOne As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, utilising tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and other related technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, define the problem space, and develop innovative, scalable solutions tailored to their needs. This role will encompass all areas of technology delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and ongoing support. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement data models, integrations, and workflows that streamline business processes. Develop custom applications, reports, and automated workflows that solve complex business problems. Ensure Power Platform solutions adhere to best practices in governance, security, and performance. Manage testing, deployment, and maintenance of solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are scalable for future growth. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, and supporting client engagements. Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of existing Power Platform solutions. Keep up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and updates to continually improve solution offerings. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in MS Power Platform. A strong background in Microsoft technology and experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure. Demonstrated experience in developing applications using Power Automate, Power App, Power BI and Dataverse. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience working in collaborative teams in an agile manner in a commercial environment. Experience working with testing methodologies, testing tools and CI/CD. Experience in Power Platform environment setup, configuration, and management. Experience in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience in website / web application development using Power Pages or similar technology Additional Information A successful candidate must be based in Melbourne and hold full working rights for Melbourne.
