Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure guest safety by assisting with mobility, following safety procedures from the vessel's Safety Management System (SMS), and conducting lookout duties. Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping, assist with food and beverage service, and manage guest requests by communicating specific needs with the office team. Maintain logbooks, report safety or environmental concerns to the Vessel Master, manage guest complaints with the Cruise Director, and liaise with office managers on cruise-related matters.
