Qualified Arborist & Team Leader Full Time Salary negotiable for the right candidate Location: Coffs Harbour We are a family owned and operated Tree Services company based in Coffs Harbour and operating through the beautiful Mid North Coast & North Coast of NSW. You would be working with Ben, Owner/Operator and overseeing a crew of 2 other Our business has recently taken on additional contracts (12-24 months with potential to extend) that have opened the opportunity for us to put on a Full Time Qualified Arborist who would be expected to take on the role of Team Leader. We are willing to negotiate a competitive salary as we after the right candidate to help build our business and keep up with demand. In the role you would be expected to: • Use your knowledge, skills and experience to perform tree maintenance/removal works as required using both hand tools and chainsaws. • Utilise machinery and equipment including chipper, mini excavator, stump grinder, EWP, etc. • Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment. • Work with a team to effectively and efficiently complete assigned jobs • Complete thorough and accurate tree inspections and reports, where required. • Follow direction and adhere to policy and procedures • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees. • Be punctual and reliable in your attendance • Be available for occasional overnight trips with allowances.
