Includes basic exterior painting, door panel replacement, and installation of a padlock latch (padlock supplied by owner). 🎨 Painting Paint front and two sides of boatshed (approx. 2m x 2m each, plus steeple)  Two colours (e.g., body and trim) Two coats total Surface is mostly smooth, aged – light scraping/sanding as needed Contractor to supply all paint and materials Estimated coverage: 24–28 m² 🚪 Door Panel & Lock Remove chipboard panel from right-hand side of double doors (screwed to metal frame) Replace with blueboard or similar material, cut to size and match to existing left-hand side SUPPLY and fit latch to accommodate padlock (padlock supplied by client) Simple, functional finish acceptable ✅ Total Budget Estimate: $800–$1,000 (incl.
