About the role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance function of our Monarto luxury resort and lodge. This role will draw on your hotel maintenance knowledge. Opening to the public in mid-2025, this role will be instrumental in the operationalisation of the maintenance strategy for our luxury resort and lodge. The role of the Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the hotel facilities are well-maintained, safe and functional. With a focus on quality and efficiency, the role requires previous hotel maintenance experience and people leadership capabilities. The responsibilities include daily plant rounds, equipment repairs and timely responses to service requests. The role requires strong mechanical skills, effective task prioritisation, and seamless collaboration with all levels of the hotel operation. This key role within our operation, acting as a subject matter expert and due to the nature of guest's requirements, this role will be on a roster that may include working outside of normal working hours and weekends. About You  You will rally your team, draw on the diverse skills and create environments where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.
