Collaborate with the sales teams to maintain customer relationships, gain customer trust and strengthen customer loyalty Deliver online or onsite training to customers such as distributors and installers. Establish and maintain knowledge of current and upcoming local regulatory requirements related to Solplanet products Leverage your technical know-how and insight into the competitive landscape to proactively provide feedback/suggestions to Product Management to enhance Solplanet’s product roadmap. Work closely with Solplanet’s service teams and service partners in EMEA to assist our customers in the after-sales phase. Requirements Your background and skills: Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines. Fluent in Local language and business fluent in English. In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc. Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Quick learner with desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry. Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage. Network and Infrastructure Support: Perform daily systems maintenance and monitor performance across internal and venue networks Manage user accounts and permissions across hybrid AD and Entra ID (Azure AD) Support core infrastructure including Juniper switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, AWS tunnels, and Windows servers Implement patching, backups, and configuration baselines in line with change management practices Collaboration and Development: Collaborate with other IT professionals (e.g., software developers, system engineers) to resolve complex issues.
