Support tradespeople in their daily tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Safely handle and transport tools and materials as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and practices to promote a safe working environment. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Valid Drivers Licence High Risk Work Licence - Forklift HR Licence (desired) or willingness to obtain one through the business Effective communicator and a team player. A strong commitment to health and safety regulations. Physical fitness to handle manual tasks. Commitment to following instructions and safety practices. About the Role We are experiencing, we are currently seeking a motivated and results driven individual to join the team in the position of General Hand in our Townsville Service department. We’re looking for a hands-on person to help our maintenance team with farm equipment and machinery maintenance. You’ll assist with repairs, servicing, fabrication and general workshop duties over our two orchard locations. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and grow your skills within our supportive maintenance team.
