What you will be responsible for: Unloading trucks using an overhead crane Moving, opening, and relocating bulk coils with an overhead crane Operating a forklift when required Supporting other operational tasks as needed Requirements A valid crane licence with proven experience A valid forklift ticket with hands-on experience Solid understanding of health and safety practices A positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and take initiative Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen if you are to be successful. We are looking for a person to operate our Sheeting machine. Experience running machines is essential. This is a 40 hour work week, Monday to Friday in a small business located in the Smithfield area. We require hard working people who can work well in a team environment. Afternoon shift is an option after a training period, 4pm till 12pm. Please do not apply for this roll if you cannot work 40 hours per week or don't have some experience operating machinery.

About the Role This is a newly created role following the installation of a Press Brake machine at our Yatala branch. We are seeking an experienced individual who can hit the ground running. Standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, and Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Pressbrake operator will operate 220T and 1000T machines Understand tooling and machine capabilities Perform all dimensional inspections Detect and report defective materials and cut quality Operate dual hoist gantry crane Perform prescribed maintenance as required Cleaning of work areas and tools Requirements Proven Pressbrake experience Strong communication skills The ability to solve problems Material handling Ability to read drawings Ability to work safely and efficiently Valid Forklift (LF) licence Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen if you are to be successful. Primary responsibilities include: Coating and Sanding Machinery Operation – operation of UV coating machine, oiling machine and sander to maximise up time of all machinery and ensure on-time dispatch of orders, as directed by the Workshop Manager. Quality Control – constantly reviewing production of each timber lining board coated to ensure the highest quality is being dispatched to our customers Maintenance – assist with routine and non-routine maintenance of machines Workplace Health & Safety – enforcement of safety procedures and general tidiness of working environment.
