Location: South Australia - 2h from Adelaide Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Salary: Total Indicative Remuneration Package $457,605 - $595,627 p.a.* (Includes Award Salary, leave loading, remote call allowance, professional development, A&R Allowance, Superannuation, etc.) Role Overview: Lead and coordinate emergency medical services ensuring high-quality, safe, and sustainable care. Collaborate with the Executive Teams to deliver effective emergency services. Utilise your expertise to drive improvements in clinical outcomes and implement clinical changes. Engage in the review and enhancement of clinical processes and evidence-based practices. Promote and uphold occupational health, safety, and welfare standards, including compliance with legislative requirements. Influence and improve Aboriginal Health services within the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and expertise in rural emergency medicine. Communicate, negotiate, and mediate effectively with various stakeholders. Lead initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and practice standards. Manage and review clinical processes and systems. Engage with and influence others to enhance local health services. Essential Criteria: Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Specialist qualifications and registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine. Minimum of 5 years of senior-level professional practice. Experience in managing budgets.
