Requirements Position: Senior Principal - Organisation change Manager Location: Sydney Employment Type: Permanent As a Senior Principal within the Infosys Consulting Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice, your contributions will have a direct and beneficial impact on the projects you undertake. In your role as a Senior Principal, you will take charge of managing the comprehensive delivery of intricate change programs and will lead a team of management consultants. You will work autonomously to create and implement change management strategies, enhance talent, and facilitate HR transformations to help our clients achieve their business objectives. About You: We are looking for a driven and seasoned Senior Principal to become part of our team. We value and welcome individuals from all backgrounds. You will • Possess at least 15-20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or People/HR transformation. • Have the ambition to be at the forefront of facilitating organizational change and transformation for our clients. • Be keen to collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and devise as well as implement effective change management strategies. • Exhibit excellent skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management. • Have a robust understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with practical experience implementing them. • Bring a diverse industry background, including experience in Consulting, Technology, Mining, or Government sectors. • Have experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale transformation programs. • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. • Have a track record of delivering projects in HR transformation & employee experience, future workforce planning, organizational change, rewards and organizational design, and organizational restructuring. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead the formulation and execution of change management and human capital strategies and plans. • Operate independently, overseeing an end-to-end program of work. • Supervise a team of change management consultants to ensure successful outcomes. • Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. • Anticipate and manage resistance to change. • Identify, analyze, and develop risk mitigation strategies, including preemptively managing potential resistance. • Establish and evaluate success metrics for change initiatives while monitoring progress. • Lead the creation, development, delivery, and oversight of communication strategies. • Contribute to the documentation of needs and support the design and implementation of training programs. • Effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Assist in developing proposals and thought leadership initiatives. • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with multiple stakeholders. • Foster and support the growth of your team members.
