Meet the Content Team Our Content team are the local, regional and global professionals reassuring clients that our software isn’t just cutting edge – it’s world class too. Responsible for maintaining LEAP’s global standards of care and expertise, the team harnesses a deep and complex understanding of the intricacies of law across jurisdictions and over time – ensuring LEAP’s output is always current, compliant and appropriate. From database design to document management and legal research, you’ll turn an encyclopedic knowledge of the law into a more streamlined and automated global LEAP experience. As a result, LEAP helps law firms help people and make a real difference. Our Content Development team creates and maintains the comprehensive library of content, including an extensive range of up-to-date, automated forms and precedents as well as matter types enabling law firms to effectively manage legal matters and produce legal documentation quickly and consistently.  Our Content team also work closely with clients to ensure they’re maximising the use of their content. What you'll do As the Content Developer you will sit in the Content team but have the support of the wider Engineering organisation. You will significantly contribute to the planning, design, implementation, and support of our content applications. This Frontend work will be a blend of bug fixes/maintaining the product and pushing new ideas and innovations. Your day to day might look like this: Build calculation objects using JavaScript Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that provide seamless experiences across devices Develop Word Apps using React and JavaScript Analyse specifications to determine design and schedules for program development Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code Check, test and debug programs Develop procedures, identify and apply tools for quality assurance of software development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features. Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability Manage tasks and communicate with team using JIRA and other Atlassian products Create technical documentation in Confluence Provide assistance and support to the Content team What you'll bring You are a focused motivated and hard-working developer who wants to join a fantastic growing team at a critical time and learn on the job to expand your skills.
