Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist is to connect talented individuals with job opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring FleetPartners continues to grow in the marketplace and serves as a bridge between the company and job seekers. What you’ll be doing: Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals Provides full cycle recruiting services including the job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure the employment needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants. Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience. Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Workable) Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of the team. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks Liaise with hiring managers on creating job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position. Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Requirements We’re looking for someone who’s… Essential More than five years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. Workable experience preferred. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company Proficiency in documenting processes with a great attention to detail whilst keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in, problem-solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity Experience of delivery positive candidate experience Desired Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar.
