About the Role As the onsite Wellbeing Coordinator , you’ll play a central role in the daily life at Gillin Park Village. You’ll design and deliver engaging programs that promote social connection, wellbeing, and a true sense of belonging. Working directly with residents, you’ll be a familiar and trusted presence, someone who helps create a warm, inclusive, and joyful community. What You’ll Do Design and deliver a monthly calendar of activities and wellbeing initiatives Coordinate events that build community connection and resident engagement Support residents by linking them to relevant services and resources Maintain accurate wellbeing records and assist with care planning Build partnerships with local groups to enhance village life Conduct regular checks of medical alert systems to ensure safety What We’re Looking For A warm, empathetic approach and genuine care for older people Confidence working both independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and communication skills Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and a current First Aid Certificate are highly regarded Experience in lifestyle, wellbeing, or community-based programs is a plus Why Join Levande?
