The Engineering team is essential in ensuring seamless system interoperability and enhancing operational efficiency across the organisation. The Engineering team collaborates to provide the successful candidate with a great knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Security Program Delivery Drive the execution of security initiatives that reduce risk, harden environments, and uplift foundational controls. Translate strategic objectives into clearly scoped, technically grounded engineering deliverables. Own and drive projects end-to-end, from design and requirements through to delivery and handover. Enterprise Security Engineering Engineer and maintain secure configurations across corporate identity platforms (Azure AD, G-Suite), productivity and collaboration tools (M365, Slack), and endpoint fleets (Windows, macOS). Deploy and manage secure access solutions in line with Zero Trust principles, including endpoint-based policy enforcement, traffic inspection, and posture-aware access controls using a SASE platform. Strengthen detection and response capabilities by integrating enterprise systems with SIEM and EDR tooling. Improve security posture of staff-facing applications and systems through secure configuration, access management, and automation. Harden exposed infrastructure components in collaboration with owners, such as VPNs, WAFs, DNS, and public cloud services, ensuring baseline controls are in place and effective. Customer-Facing Security Engineering Strengthen the security of customer-facing platforms and services by embedding robust authentication, authorisation, and fraud prevention controls. Work with engineering teams to design and implement secure patterns for user onboarding, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and session management. Contribute to the secure design of API gateways, client portals, and high-traffic public endpoints, ensuring appropriate rate-limiting, logging, and input validation are in place. Support secure-by-design development through threat modelling, architectural input, and control implementation during early stages of platform development. Cross-Functional Engagement Build trusted working relationships across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and IT teams to embed security into systems, pipelines, and day-to-day operations. Partner with delivery teams early in the development lifecycle to define clear, risk-informed security requirements for new systems and changes. Engage constructively with business and product stakeholders to clarify security trade-offs and support secure decision-making without slowing delivery. Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for security engineering matters across the company. Incident Response Support Assist in escalated security incidents by providing technical analysis, forensic insight, and support with containment and remediation. Ensure engineering-owned systems and platforms provide adequate telemetry and access controls to support effective detection and response. Partner with the Security Operations function to close control gaps identified through post-incident reviews. Requirements About You  Proven experience delivering security engineering initiatives across cloud environments, core systems, and end-user infrastructure. Experience implementing a SASE platform (e.g. Netskope, Zscaler), including endpoint posture controls and secure access policies. Strong hands-on capability with enterprise identity providers (e.g. Azure AD, Google Workspace), endpoint management platforms, and infrastructure-as-a-service environments (e.g. AWS, Azure). Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, and the broader Microsoft security stack. Strong understanding of authentication, access control, secure configuration, and event logging across enterprise systems. Practical experience improving system hardening, detection coverage, or security automation at scale. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to implement controls and influence secure design. Clear communication skills with the ability to explain security implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering a Microsoft 365 migration, including identity integration and endpoint uplift. The Site Supervisor’s role is to coordinate and control all physical aspects of the day-to-day working on construction projects to ensure safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.  The role is accountable for the progress of the site works and control of activities generally on-site as well as ensuring accurate recording of all information and that quality records including worker numbers onsite, incident reporting and quality traceability processes are maintained. Requirements Key Scope: Completion of construction activities on schedule, with a focus on safety and incident-free operations. Ensuring the project is completed to high standards of quality and within the planned timeframe. Coordinating onsite activities in alignment with priorities set by the Site or Project Manager. Ensuring adequate manpower and resources are available to meet the project's productivity goals. Providing leadership to on-site labor teams, ensuring their daily tasks are safely and effectively allocated. Taking responsibility for the accurate implementation of works according to contract design documents and shop drawings. Maintaining effective and professional communication with all project stakeholders. Keeping high-quality records on site, including daily site diaries and project inspection and test plans (ITPs), in accordance with organizational requirements. Being familiar with all contract documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules, the construction program, and all relevant project plans and correspondence. Keeping accurate records of all project deliveries and ensuring that goods and materials received are properly documented and reported to the appropriate manager. Completing project works within or under budget, particularly in areas where the Site Supervisor has control over costs, such as labor, equipment hire, and miscellaneous purchases. Managing and resolving any trade or labor coordination issues at the worksite, escalating unresolved matters as necessary. Occupational Health & Safety Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. Implement and adhere to the project’s safety plan, ensuring all work is carried out safely. Promote safety awareness consistently and identify areas where additional safety training may be needed. Ensure that all equipment and machinery provided on-site are safe and well-maintained. Encourage and demonstrate correct and safe practices at all times. Assist in developing and implementing project-specific safety procedures. Review safety audits and inspection reports, taking corrective actions when necessary. Participate in investigations of accidents or incidents and contribute to safety meetings and programs. Assist in monitoring subcontractor compliance with the project’s safety plan and procedures, in collaboration with the Project Manager. Support rehabilitation initiatives as needed. Ensure all site personnel undergo safety inductions before commencing work. Environmental Management Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and legislation. Assess and adhere to site-specific environmental management objectives and targets. Ensure adequate storage facilities are available for hazardous chemicals and substances. Implement and manage erosion and sediment control measures on site. Review and act on environmental reports, and conduct regular environmental inspections. Investigate environmental hazard reports and ensure that corrective actions are taken. Oversee the resolution of environmental issues as they arise. Quality Management Ensure adherence to the provisions of the Project Quality Plan. Manage and facilitate quality inspections throughout the project. Initiate, review, approve, and manage Project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Maintain the quality of products and workmanship throughout the project. Address and resolve all quality assurance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Perform verification tasks as outlined in the Project Quality Management Plan.
