About the role: As Chief of Staff, you will act as the strategic right hand to the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed with focus, pace, and impact. You’ll lead high-leverage cross-functional projects, sharpen organisational rhythm, and help steer the leadership team through key inflection points as we scale. This role enables the CEO and leadership to operate at their highest impact while building operating discipline across the business. What you’ll do: Drive quarterly and annual business goals and metrics planning, and strategic reviews in partnership with the CEO. M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger integration across functions. Turn strategy into execution by managing high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects. Design scalable operating models and lead executive decision-making processes. Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. Create high-quality board materials and shape internal narratives to rally teams around key goals. Enable leadership effectiveness through structured forums, coaching support, and talent planning. Qualifications and Skills: 5–10+ years’ experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments (incl. strategy, top-tier law firm, investment banking, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles in a tech or high-growth environment) Experience working at the C-Suite and board levels with a strong executive presence, influencing senior stakeholders and acting as the trusted proxy of the CEO. Experience in leading capital raising initiatives end-to-end. High-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution and an operator’s mindset. Proven cross-functional project leader with a focus on ownership, accountability, and outcomes. Analytical and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills. Exceptional communicator with experience in high-growth tech, logistics or SaaS organisations.
