Additionally, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.   About The Role As the Group Manager Revenue you will spearhead the development and implementation of revenue management strategies to optimise financial performance across the JB portfolio. This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the Australian tourism and hospitality industry. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify and maximise revenue opportunities while enhancing the customer experience. Leading a skilled team of revenue analysts and specialists, you will drive best practices in pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.   Key Responsibilities include: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximise profitability across all JB products and services. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences informing pricing and revenue initiatives. Establish and manage dynamic pricing and yield management strategies to align with market conditions and customer demand. Oversee revenue forecasting and budgeting processes, providing accurate projections that guide financial planning. Lead commercial analyses assessing market opportunities, including feasibility studies and investment appraisals. Prepare detailed financial reports supporting strategic decision-making while highlighting risks and opportunities.   In this role, you will also monitor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), engage with stakeholders, and leverage technology to enhance revenue strategies. This position requires a proactive approach, strong analytical and financial acumen, and an ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving industry, ensuring Journey Beyond remains a leader in providing remarkable experiences for travellers across Australia.
