We are currently recruiting a Vessel Master to work alongside the Deckhand/Host in conducting the tour. This position is being offered on a seasonal basis from April to October 2025. Key responsibilities will include: Comply with all aspects of the vessels safety management system and supporting documents, ensure that marine standards are followed, and the vessel is operated in a safe manner Deliver welcome, departure and safety briefings to guests, as well as onboard commentary Assist the guests with transferring on and off the vessel/sealegs in a timely and safe manner Assist in the training of team members to meet the standards of Journey Beyond/Paspaley and develop, lead and support crew on a day-to-day basis Maintain vessel records to the appropriate standard (logs, maintenance records etc using the maintenance management system Helm) Follow the associated processes relating to refuelling of the vessel About You We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion towards delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
