Your responsibilities will include: In-house and on-site test programs, pioneering new methodologies Deep into metallurgical testing and analysis, uncovering insights that drive progress Metallurgical testing and analysis Process engineering teams during on-site commissioning Pilot plant equipment installations at customer sites Continuous improvement initiatives, constantly raising the bar for excellence Safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring our operations are at the forefront of responsibility Requirements You're not just a Metallurgist – you're a visionary, a problem-solver, and a leader. You bring: Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or similar field 2 years of experience in the mining industry as a Metallurgist Experience in Froth flotation and gold leaching processes are a must Analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and metallurgical testing Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership abilities To work in Australia and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel Get ready for adventure!
