Living within the Hume Merri-bek DE area, you have a background in Inclusive Education and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school.  You will be part of a team of experienced student focused professionals (Disability Inclusion Facilitators) who will visit schools to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings.
