Requirements Reporting into the Channels Technology Lead for BaaS, as a Senior Project Manager you will be a key member of the BaaS Platform delivery team, utilizing your skills and experience to lead the delivery of Marketing and CRM (Salesforce) capabilities across multiple initiatives including Everyday Banking and Corporate Cash Management. The focus of this role is delivering high-quality outcomes and working closely with business, technology, and quality teams to maximize business value within expected timelines. Salesforce is a strategic platform supporting the digital service, care, and operations capabilities of the Digital care (Service and Operations) group. The Senior Project Manager will support the Product Managers in delivering the strategic product roadmap for the Marketing and CRM applications including 10x and localization. Working independently to review and update existing processes, ensuring a robust delivery methodology (agile) is established and a continuous improvement model is implemented. This role will develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors/suppliers while maintaining an awareness and understanding of the future roadmap to align with BaaS’ key objectives so that the project investment is maximized. This role will also see you: Lead the Salesforce Delivery team and technology vendors to deliver enhancements, and projects and provide 3rd-line support, whilst adhering to project standards. Managing the project roadmap with the Product owners and business operations team Engage with key business stakeholders and own the planning and execution of assigned project/s including requirements such as scope, capacity planning, delivery plan and timelines, and high-level requirements gathering. Work with product owner/s to carry out effective and proactive risks, issues, opportunities, and change management. Work with technical and business team members to develop project definitions, and high-level solution designs along with managing Salesforce product backlog, sprint backlog, and release management activities. Managing offshore Development functions (Suppliers), delivering within the Agile Development model. Also ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables within the overall plan. Identify opportunities for automation and service quality improvements. Provide knowledge sharing across the team to support the ongoing development of cross-team operational support functions. Further advantageous skills: A clear understanding of cloud-based CRM technologies including specific Salesforce experience is essential.
