Project Manager - Technology & AI Enablement - Sydney NSW We are looking for… Hopefully, you! We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join our Technology team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will help drive key projects from inception through to completion, leveraging effective change management. This role ensures that our tech initiatives land smoothly- on time, on budget and with successful impact. This role will also explore and implement AI across the business. The Project Manager’s key responsibilities will include: Project Management- leading the planning and execution of a variety of technology initiatives, taking projects from inception through to successful delivery, in alignment with business priorities Partner Management- coordinate and manage external vendors and partners across multiple time zones to ensure timely, high-quality delivery that meets agreed outcomes. Change Management- partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and sustained use of new technology and AI-enabled tools, ensuring initiatives translate into lasting business value. Stakeholder Management- collaborates with functional leaders to gather and document requirements, ensuring technology and AI enhancements are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable impact. AI Enablement- supports Eco’s AI journey by surfacing departmental opportunities, assessing third-party tools and integration options, and coordinating pilots and test-and-learn initiatives. Stays up to date on emerging AI trends, tools, and regulations to proactively identify areas of opportunity or risk.
