In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring that we deliver outstanding recruitment services that align perfectly with their needs. Responsibilities Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs. Business Development within existing account and identfy new opportunities Implement Land and expand apprach across accpounts Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles. Provide insightful updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients better. Utilize recruitment tools and software to enhance sourcing and tracking efforts. Requirements Proven experience in account management or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector. A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations. Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple client needs. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. A proactive, results-oriented approach to work, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
