Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple client needs. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. A proactive, results-oriented approach to work, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
