As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the chance to work with both adults or children, making a meaningful impact on their communication and swallowing needs.   Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients of varying ages. Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to ensure holistic care for clients. Educate clients and their families about communication strategies and therapy goals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice policies. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.   Qualifications: A recognised degree in Speech Pathology. Current registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent). Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
