Core responsibilities in the role include: Leading the Ambius Outdoor Gardening team ensuring that they are supported and trained in field by following the GROW principles while leading and assisting general garden maintenance. Finding and sourcing new opportunities Quoting and estimation of add on Maintenance agreements Ensuring a quality service exceeds customer expectations. Performance manage all direct reports whilst promoting and develop a healthy work environment that facilitates the achievement of succession planning, personal goals and employee satisfaction.
