With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Learning Designer who is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences at scale to join our learning support team. Reporting to the Head of Learning, our Learning Designer will: Transform written assessments and exams into impactful and engaging learning activities; Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets; Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards; Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid and long-term assessment design work; and Delight our educators and students with fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning.
