And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Darwin to deliver high quality, onsite technical support to our customers. The role is full-time and will require you to be onsite. Your role will be to provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide array of technology which includes both mac and pcs, tablet devices, server systems, network infrastructure and voice platforms although the bulk of the server and network elements will be managed by our specialist teams. Requirements What You'll Do: Ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the customers operations. Personable with end-users developing a friendly bond with customers. Collaborating with your colleagues to determine any processes that requires improvement or can be handled more efficiently. Seeking customer feedback on your performance and take an active approach in attempting to continuously improve these results. Identifying problems or requests which don't have an existing process and collaborate with your peers to develop and implement one. Ensuring documentation and procedures are always up to date. Taking ownership of day-to-day technology issues and dealing with external 3rd party organisations. Collaborating with your peers in other teams across our business to ensure a successful outcome for the customer. Our Network Engineer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of network operations, including troubleshooting, project planning, and performance monitoring. This role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure and a proactive approach to improving network performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with network hardware and protocols, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently. Requirements What you'll be doing: Leading and contributing to the planning, design, and execution of network-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues arising during project implementation phases, including testing and deployment. Respond to and address incidents escalated by the service desk team. Plan and implement network-related projects, including upgrades, new installations, and enhancements. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to. Monitor network performance to assess the need for updates, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Recommend and implement options for improving network performance and reliability. Ensure all network documentation and procedures are current and accurate. Create and update network diagrams, configurations, and process documentation. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations. Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality solutions. What you'll bring: Experience as a Network Engineer In-depth knowledge of Cisco Routers, Aruba switches, Fortinet, Juniper and Palo Alto firewalls Thorough understanding of switching protocols including VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other switching protocols used in Enterprise Networks. Experience configuring Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points. Experience with Voice and SIP call flow troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft Teams and SBCs - Audiocodes experience is a bonus. In-depth understanding and experience of routing protocols. Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPSec Site to Site VPN's is a must. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. A quick learner with the willingness to learn and study in your own time to further your career. As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Requirements What You'll Do: Our customers' first point of contact is with our Service Desk Analysts. Working in customer service, no two days are ever the same since you're always resolving tickets from various customers while building a rapport with them. Working with tickets submitted is what you'll spend most of your time doing. You will be able to resolve some tickets on your own, while others will require collaboration/escalation with other teams. 📍 Location: Onsite in Australia (Relocation Salary: 135-160K Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Technician & Systems Administrator to support mission-critical IT infrastructure in a secure and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware from leading manufacturers while ensuring seamless integration within computer networks. This role requires expertise in both legacy and modern IT systems, as well as an active TS/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI polygraph (adjudicated within the last four years). Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware from HPE/HPI, SGI, Brocade, OSS, SpectraLogic, and more. Perform operations and maintenance tasks for a variety of IT systems and storage solutions. Work with both legacy hardware (e.g., DEC Alpha) and modern IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Support and maintain Linux-based open-source operating systems as well as legacy environments such as OpenVMS and HP-UX. Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices in data center operations. Work independently and as part of a team to efficiently address technical challenges Requirements U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI security clearance and adjudicated CI polygraph (within the last 4 years).
